Melanie 'Mel' Schilling was a guest on Countdown. She was a psychologist, life coach and relationship expert, perhaps best known for her work on Married at First Sight as a dating coach in Australia and the United Kingdom.
She was suffering from colon cancer at the time of her appearances and then sadly died on 24 March 2026, aged 54.
