Daren Barnes was a ocotchamp in Series 86. He was a Supermarket Duty Manager from East Wittering in Sussex.
Barnes first appeared in the second episode of the series, beating 7 game winner Steven Etherington with 84 points to 74. Barnes continued a strong run from here with a personal best of 103 in his sixth game. He ultimately became the first octochamp of the series and will return for the series finals in December 2022.
