Team Countdown is a format concocted by Apterite Andres Sanchez. The premise of the format is very much similar to the standard format with the addition of another player on each side, thus creating a duo versus duo. The scoring of the same also doesn't stray far from the original; the only difference is that every valid declaration will garner points to the respective teams, and the conundrum will be 20 points instead, with every person playing having the ability to buzz only once.
