This page is not a Countdownwiki article but rather a subpage of User:Mglovesfun designed to work out a few statistics which at the moment do not merit an individual page on the Countdownwiki, but may do in the future.

Octochamp head-to-heads (Since Series 46)
A debate broke out on C4countdown about whether scores matter or it's just winning that matters. As evidence, I compared the number of times that two Octochamps had played each other and whether the highest seeded one had won or not. I intend to reproduce those statistics here. For brevity's sake, I'm counting Series 46 viscounts as octochamps, and counting from then onwards, ergo ignoring 9-round games. This list counts a player's octochamp score only, and not any points scored in quarter or semi-finals. It also doesn't include non-octochamps, which would require more effort.
