Simon "Sid" Myers is a colleague of Series 60 champion Kirk Bevins from his darts team. He takes Countdown very seriously, and has a massive vocabulary. He has used this to contribute a lot of help to Apterous founder Charlie Reams with the game's word lists. In 2009, he began attending unofficial tournaments with his appearance at CoLei2.
