Mark Jeary was a contestant in Series 39 and 79. As of his second appearance, he was a Writer and Actor who lived in Glasgow. Noticeably, after his first game, Richard Whiteley was led to believe he "had to go home", in order for the Gotcha episode could take place.
His play, Blackout, has featured at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. He has also appeared on Who Wants to Be a Millionaire and Lingo.
