Countdown in Rugby 2026: Warm-Up is an upcoming co-event to be hosted by MSR on 13 March 2026 as the fourth round of the 2026 FOCAL season.
The event will return to the Rugby West Indian Association Social Club, where attendees will play four 9-round games in the "Lincoln" format.
