Terry Rattle was a contestant in Series 47 and in Series 57. He scored the highest ever losing score in Series 47 when he lost 120–107 to Chris Wills in a classic encounter. The game was poised 110–107 going into the conundrum, when Chris buzzed in with the right answer to LINGOFLOW in less than a second to win the game 120–107. This was also the highest aggregate score in a 15-round game until Julian Fell and Graham Nash produced a 120–109 thriller in the Championship of Champions XI.
Terry returned 5 years later, but lost to another Octochamp Jeffrey Hansford on another one-second conundrum, this time the scores were lower, 97–72.
