Peter Bennett was a contestant in Series 60 with little to no sense of humour. He intentionally picked hard numbers to prevent Kirk Bevins from getting the second highest score of all time. Kirk then failed to get the conundrum so would not have reached this score anyway.

Peter Bennett was a contestant in Series 60. He came up against Kirk Bevins in Kirk's 4th game and had to face three nine-letter words from his opponent. In round 14, Bennett picked four large numbers which put Bevins's potential score of 143 in jepoardy. Bevins only scored 7 points on that round, but failed to get the conundrum.
