Aled Jones is a guest on Countdown. He's an opera singer who is best known for singing the cover version of Walking in the Air that was heard on the annual Channel 4 Christmas show, The Snowman. He's also a presenter on BBC Radio 2 and reached the semi-finals in the second series of Strictly Come Dancing, the same series that Carol Vorderman participated in.
