John Snedden was a contestant in Series 42.
In his second game against Amey Deshpande, he impressively spotted two consecutive nine-letter words. He could have scored a record 90 points, but failed to solve the conundrum. His 80 was still the highest score of the series (excluding the 14 round grand final).
