Channel 4's technical failures continued in this episode – the second advert break was cued in too early, omitting the Teatime Teaser, the clue, and the break bumper. Luckily, however, Anne Robinson reprised the clue after the break. The morning rerun of this episode which aired on 2 November 2021 retained this same issue.
