Dr Megan Battenfield was a contestant in Series 93. She was a junior doctor working as a Simulation Education Fellow for Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust. She was originally from Chesterfield, Derbyshire but is since of nearby Nottingham. Her idiosyncratic surname - from the German Battenfeld - is common in the United States but she believed she was the only person in Britain with that surname.
