Ben Hanks was a contestant in Series 58. Debuting in one of the series' highest scoring games, he racked up a total of six wins and 580 points and is now the #7 seed for the finals. He turned up with bright blue hair for his first week, and returned with red hair the following Monday, but it wasn't a good luck charm as he lost by 5 points.
Hanks' 6 wins were enough for him to qualify for the finals as #8 seed where he faced runaway #1 seed David O'Donnell. O'Donnell beat him comfortably but Hanks did manage to stop him scoring a century.
