Episode 28 was broadcast on 5 April 1983, as part of Series 2.

Jane McLeman played Hugh Fraser, with Hugh Fraser winning 42 – 40. The Dictionary Corner guest was Kenneth Williams, the lexicographer was Joyce Hawkins, and the arithmetician was Carol Vorderman.
