Episode CC7 was broadcast on 31 May 1982 and 7 June 1982 in the Yorkshire region only as the Grand Final of Calendar Countdown.
Michael Firth played Harry Venet, with the score at the end of the first leg being 24 – 28: details of the second leg are currently unknown. The Dictionary Corner guest and the lexicographer was Ted Moult.
Moult initially disallowed CLINGY, but reversed his decision during the final round, dramatically altering the scores.
It is likely that all of the 9s were upside down.
This episode is notable for having the most rounds of any episode of an English-language version of Countdown in history.
