Jack Waley-Cohen was a contestant in Series 41.
He has also appeared on the quiz shows Win Beadle's Money, The Weakest Link, Number One, The People Versus, Defectors, King Of The Castle, 100% and Only Connect (as the runner-up of the first series in 2008). He coached the St John's College, Oxford team that reached the final of University Challenge in 2001. He also co-hosted the game show Totally Top Trumps. In 2013, Waley-Cohen joined the production team of Only Connect as a Senior Question Writer, and became Question Editor in 2016.
Waley-Cohen is also the founder of QuizQuizQuiz, for whom fellow Countdowner David Stainer (who was captain of the team that conquered his own team on Only Connect) sometimes sets questions.
