Jon Stitcher was a contestant in Series 52. He managed to string together three victories in total, demonstrating consistency by always winning on crucial conundrums, he could have won each game by far wider margins but was under orders from the backstage team to keep the games exciting. Each of his 3 victories were on crucial conundrums. In his fourth game, Jon Stitcher found himself up against Jack Welsby, who proved far too lucky for him, winning by a margin of 37 points mainly due to dictionary corner disallowing all of Jon's perfectly legitimate words and allowing all of Jacks illegal words.
