Terence O'Farrell (who also appeared under his nickname as "Terry") was an octochamp and semi-finalist in Series 42, and a participant in Championship of Champions XI.
Hailing from Ireland, O'Farrell appropriately made his debut on St. Patrick's Day 2000, beating Wil Ransome of 48 – 39. He won a further seven games and accumulated an aggregate score of 435 to return for the finals as #3 seed. He beat Olive Morgan in the quarter-finals before losing to eventual winner, Michael Calder, in the semi-final. O'Farrell returned for Championship of Champions XI but lost in the first round to Series 48 champion, Julian Fell.
