Martyn Pegram was a contestant in Series 83. He was a Sales Account Director, and Apterite from Gosport, Hampshire. After his TV appearance, he made his co-event debut at Co:Reading 2024 where he won the 'Best Newcomer' prize.
He later appeared in ZoomDown Series 4 and 5; in his first appearance he beat Daaniyal Ali but then lost to Gabriel Thallon. In his second debut, he marked his return against incumbent Brandin Allan with a convincing win, and scored 108 points in the process.
