Diana Mills played Darryl Francis, with Darryl Francis winning 51 – 18. The Dictionary Corner guest was Gyles Brandreth, and the lexicographer was Yvonne Warburton.

This is believed to be the first episode in which the conundrum was arranged into a meaningful anagram (instead of being made up of random letters).
