8 out of 10 Cats Does Countdown 3 was a special episode broadcast on 19 April 2013.
8 out of 10 Cats regular Jon Richardson and Lee Mack (who stood in for Sean Lock) were the contestants, along with Stephen Mangan and Richard Osman who were their teammates, while Jimmy Carr reprised his role as the host.
The match saw Jon Richardson, with the assistance of Stephen Mangan, winning by 54 – 47 in a 9-rounder.
Rachel Riley was, as ever, the arithmetician, and Joe Wilkinson helped her out from round 5 onwards. The Dictionary Corner guest was Henning Wehn, and the lexicographer was Susie Dent.
