8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown Series 18 was a series of seven special episodes that began on 26 July 2019 and ended on 6 September 2019.

The first two episodes of this series were filmed in 2018 and oddly enough in Episode Cats113, all four players took part in Round 3 rather than the standard two for unknown reasons.

Episode Cats114 also commemorated Rachel Riley's tenth anniversary on Countdown, with a more extravagant celebration taking place compared to the daytime version in Episode 6987. Furthermore, due to unknown reasons, Episode Cats116 was swapped around with Episode Cats118.

Joe Wilkinson also made a special appearance as a guest in Episode Cats116.
