Angus Faraday was a contestant in Series 29 and 92. He was from Frodsham in Cheshire but was born in Dumfries, southwest Scotland.
After unfortunately running into eventual Series 29 runner-up Chris Rogers, Faraday returned over 30 years later and in every game of his 2025 appearances, he scored centuries. But yet again, he ran into another tough customer in fellow returnee and Apterite, Brett Davids, who sealed victory before the conundrum thanks to superior numbers play in rounds six and nine. This left Angus with a still impressive total of 425 from only four appearances.
