Mauro Pratesi
Mauro Pratesi was a contestant in Series 65. He is the chairman of the London Scrabble League, from Leyton, London.
His wife, Diane, was a contestant in Series 18 and 91, winning two games in the former. His daughters Jessica and Natasha have also been contestants – Jessica in Series 67 and 89, becoming an octochamp and semi-finalist in the latter, and Natasha in Series 76. Notably, all four of the Pratesi family have lost games on crucial conundrums.
He and the rest of the Pratesi family made their Co-event debuts at COLIN 2012. He and Jessica then attended CO:REA 2012.
He made a brief appearance on 16 March 2017, the day before Natasha's appearance, where he solved the conundrum after both contestants failed to do so.
