Episode Cats23, billed as 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown Series 4, Episode 7 was a special episode broadcast on 18 July 2014, as part of 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown Series 4.
8 Out of 10 Cats regulars Jon Richardson and Sean Lock were the contestants, along with Bob Mortimer and Richard Osman who were their teammates, while Jimmy Carr reprised his role as the host.
The match saw Jon Richardson, with the assistance of Richard Osman, winning by 57 – 17 in an 8-rounder and they won a Countdown beach set consisting of two deck chairs, a beach ball, an umbrella and a floater.
Rachel Riley was, as ever, the arithmetician, and Joe Wilkinson helped her out from round 5 onwards. The Dictionary Corner guest was Matthew Crosby, and the lexicographer was Susie Dent.
