8 out of 10 Cats Does Countdown Series 11, Episode 4 was a special episode broadcast on 22 June 2017, as part of 8 out of 10 Cats Mash-ups Series 11.

8 Out of 10 Cats regular Jon Richardson was a contestant, along with Joe Lycett who were against team captain Sean Lock and Michelle Wolf, while Jimmy Carr reprised his role as the host.

The match saw Jon Richardson, with the assistance of Joe Lycett, winning by 35 – 34 in an 7-rounder.

Part of the set for Series 77 at the time of filming had been present as the wood at the edge of the partition walls where the guests sat had been replaced.

Rachel Riley was the arithmetician for this episode. The Dictionary Corner guest was Adam Riches, and the lexicographer was Susie Dent. The Series Producer Richard Osman also made a special appearance in Round 6.

Interesting and notable moments from the episode are listed below:

1) Before the start of the Round 1, Sean was rapping to some canal boat lyrics that was made up and promoting the website "webuyanycanalboat.com".

2) In Round 1, the clock music was replaced by a tango music where both Jimmy and Rachel danced to it at the centre of the studio.

3) During Dictionary Corner's Anecdote after Round 2, there were two intense gay kissing scenes between Joe and Adam after Adam kept interrupting Joe's speech by adding the word "Bastard" in it.

4) During Dictionary Corner's Anecdote after Round 4, Adam picked seven male audience members to assist him with his performance of playing "Man's Hair" as he termed which actually involved pulling a man's hair while harp music was played in the studio.

5) During Dictionary Corner's Anecdote after Round 5, Adam picked one of the seven audience members to assist him with punching Yakult bottles that were strapped to his chest using boxing gloves.

6) During Round 6, Jimmy watched 4D Television where Footballs, Artificial Snow and Richard Osmond came out of the television in that particular order.

NOTE: In this version, both players' declarations were allowed, although points were only awarded for the best answer.

NOTE: In Round 5, Joe did write down the six-letter word VAGINA. However, as he did not declare it, it is not stated here.
