Karyn Cooke was a contestant in Series 58. For reasons unknown, she was also given another chance in Series 60, becoming the only previous loser otherr than a Countdown prodigy or a contestant who lost due to an administrative error to make two appearances on the show.
Outside of Countdown, she appeared on Pointless in 2011, losing in the final round.
