Rupert Stokoe in Championship of Champions XI.

Rupert Stokoe was an octochamp in Series 47 and a quarter-finalist in Championship of Champions XI.

He began his run by beating Tony Harding with an impressive opening score of 117, and he followed this up with centuries against Dennis Brown and Julian Lyons. After winning eight games, he returned for the series finals as the No. 5 seed: there, he beat Wendy Roe in his quarter-final but then couldn't topple Chris Wills in his semi-final and lost 78 – 118.

His performances were enough to get him invited back to Championship of Champions XI where he beat Grace Page in the first round before losing to Series 45 champion, John Rawnsley, in the quarter-finals by nineteen points.
