Revision as of 20:27, 2 June 2013
Episode 757 was broadcast on 17 June 1988, and was an extended 45-minute edition for the Series 15 grand final.
Allan Saldanha played Dick Green, with Dick Green winning 81 – 70. The Dictionary Corner guests were Richard Stilgoe and Gyles Brandreth, and the lexicographer was Catherine Clarke.
NOTE: In round 11, the word YOLKED was wrongly disallowed by Catherine Clarke, making the correct final score 81 – 76. Due to this controversy, Allan Saldanha was given his own copy of the Oxford Dictionary of English.
