Elisabeth Jardine

Elisabeth Jardine was a finalist in Series 10 and a contestant in Series 71. She was from Greenford, Middlesex.

She is also a competitive Scrabble player.

In the 1980s, she was a contestant on Family Fortunes. She also appeared in the first series of Only Connect in 2008 as captain of the "Solent Scrabblers" team, with fellow local Scrabblers Noel Turner and Penny Downer. They played the "Edinburgh Scrabblers" Alan Sinclair, Melanie Beaumont and Simon Gillam in their heat game. Later, in 2009, Jardine appeared on the first series of The Chase and was a member of the only team to outrun Mark "The Beast" Labbett in that series.
