Paul Howe

Paul Howe was a contestant in series 54 who first appeared on 4th February 2006, only a few days after his games were recorded. He won all of his heat games to become the series's (at the time) 4th octochamp, and returned for the quarter-finals as #4 seed. he defeated Keith Maynard 118-49 to set up a mouth-watering showdown with Conor Travers. However, Paul lost that game 124-100.

Paul returned the following week for Championship of Champions XII, disposing of John Mayhew in the first round and Jack Welsby in the quarter-finals, before succumbing to eventual runner-up Mark Tournoff in the semi-finals, losing 99-88.
