The 2019 FOCAL season was the fourth season of FOCAL. It was won by Callum Todd.

Changes from 2018

The calendar was expanded to 14 qualifying events, however only the best eight still counted. The events in Leeds, Bristol, and Bournemouth were discontinued, and events in Edinburgh, York, Liverpool, and Braintree were added to the calendar. The Huddersfield event "moved" to West Yorkshire, and took place earlier in the year.
