Countdown in Rugby 2025: Warm-Up was a co-event hosted by MSR on 21 March 2025 as the sixth round of the 2025 FOCAL season. It was won by Dylan Taylor, who beat Matthew Brockwell 72 – 62 in the grand final.

The event returned to the Rugby West Indian Association Social Club, where 16 attendees played four 9-round games in the "Lincoln" format.
