Goatdown in Birmingham was a co-event hosted by Matthew S Rutherford (assisted by Adam Beach) on 4 August 2023 as the eleventh round of the 2023 FOCAL season. It was the first of a double-header of events in Birmingham, with the main Countdown event taking place the following day. It was won by Zohaib Rehan, who beat Tim Hebbes 102 – 48 in the grand final.

It was held at The Wellington Inn in Birmingham City Centre, where 17 attendees played four 9-round Goatdown games in the "Lincoln" format. As with the Goat:Leeds tournament earlier in the year, there were no numbers rounds involved in order to maximise the Goatdown concept.
