Warren came back to face an off-form Chris McHenry in the quarter-finals, running out an easy 75 – 37 winner. Phil Watson was next, this time Warren had a bad start, finding himself 16 points behind after just 3 rounds. However, by the end of round 11 the scores were level again. Watson retook a slight edge, going into the conundrum 7 points ahead, but Warren turned LYFETREES into FREESTYLE in 9 seconds to book his final berth.
