Countdown in Rugby 2025 was a co-event hosted by MSR on 22 March 2025 as the seventh round of the 2025 FOCAL season. It was won by Dylan Taylor, who beat Ronan Higginson 66 – 55 in the grand final.

The event returned to the Rugby West Indian Association Social Club, where 35 attendees played eight 9-round games in the "Lincoln" format.
