Championship of Champions XV is the current Championship of Champions tournament. It will be transmitted at the beginning of Series 80 in January 2019, with filming occurring during the first three days of the preceding October. Similarly to other CoC tournaments, it will feature sixteen contestants, this time drawn from Series 73 through 78.

The bracket structure and first-round pairings for this Championship of Champions were announced on the C4Countdown on 18 July 2018. The bracket will run as follows:
