Chris Wills was the first player to score over 125, scoring 129 against April Carlin in 2002. The first score over 130 was by by Julian Fell in Series 48, scoring 138 against Carl McDermott. He then broke his own record by getting 4 nine letter words against Danny Hamilton, achieving 146 points.
